Al\u0131c\u0131 bu bilgileri onaylayarak sat\u0131n almay\u0131 tamamlar.<\/p>

Madde 3 \u2014 Teslimat<\/strong><\/p>

Teslimat, Al\u0131c\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sipari\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda belirtti\u011fi adrese yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>

T\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcnler elde ve s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 adetlerde haz\u0131rlan\u0131r.<\/p>

Haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcresi ve kargo bilgisi sipari\u015f sonras\u0131 Al\u0131c\u0131\u2019ya bildirilir.<\/p>

Kargo \u00fccreti sipari\u015f ekran\u0131nda belirtilir.<\/p>

Madde 4 \u2014 Cayma Hakk\u0131<\/strong><\/p>

Al\u0131c\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanabilir.<\/p>

Cayma hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in:<\/p>

\u2022\u00dcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>

\u2022Etiketi kopmam\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>

\u2022\u00dcr\u00fcnle birlikte gelen keseler ve aksesuarlar eksiksiz olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>

Ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel yap\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde cayma hakk\u0131 ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir.<\/p>

Madde 5 \u2014 \u0130ade S\u00fcreci<\/strong><\/p>

1.Al\u0131c\u0131 cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak istedi\u011fini e-posta veya WhatsApp yoluyla bildirir.<\/p>

2.\u0130ade onayland\u0131ktan sonra \u00fcr\u00fcn, Al\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Sat\u0131c\u0131\u2019ya g\u00f6nderilir.<\/p>

3.\u00dcr\u00fcn Sat\u0131c\u0131\u2019ya ula\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde \u00fccret iadesi yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>

Madde 6 \u2014 \u00dccret \u0130adesi<\/strong><\/p>

\u0130ade edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kullan\u0131m ve hasar kontrol\u00fc yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra,<\/p>

\u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemiyle ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Al\u0131c\u0131\u2019ya iade yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>

Madde 7 \u2014 Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fck<\/strong><\/p>
